We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are processed and fulfilled as quickly as possible. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to discuss available options, including waiting for the item to become available or shipping the remaining items separately. Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted if necessary due to factors such as courier rate changes, package weight or dimensions, multiple shipments, or order modifications. Most products are shipped at ambient temperature. 

 

Returns

Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a return authorization number before returning any products. Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original shipping date. Depending on the product and condition of the return, a restocking fee may apply. We reserve the right to refuse order cancellations or returns at our discretion.
