How it works

  1. 1 Find a lower published price on the same product (matching SKU, grade, purity, and package size) from another reputable Canadian supplier.
  2. 2 Send us the link or quote at info@thirdspacebio.com before placing your order. Include the supplier name, product page URL, and the price.
  3. 3 We verify within 1 business day — checking that the competing product matches in grade, purity, and quantity.
  4. 4 We match the price by issuing a one-time discount code, applied directly to your order at checkout.

Eligibility

  • The competing product must be identical in specification — same chemical, same package size, and equivalent specification (e.g. ACS, USP).
  • The competing supplier must be a legitimate Canadian distributor with public pricing displayed online or via formal quote.
  • The lower price must be currently active and in stock at the competing supplier at the time of verification.
  • Auction sites, marketplace resellers, expired promotional pricing, and clearance / liquidation inventory are not eligible.
  • We match price only — shipping, taxes, and minimum order policies remain governed by our standard terms.
